Hmmm...not sure yet here. My initial reaction is that this is really strong, but there are definitely a few from '77 and '78 that I still prefer. But this is not a very good Matrix imo (way too much audience) and so it's kind of hard to hear the band. I'll have to listen several more times before I make up my mind I think...

whats your fav 78 version, i dont think i know of a real smoker from then. Always loved DP 10 (12/29/77?)

1/22/78 is the best I have heard from that year. 1/7 is also real nice. My favorite of all time is definitely 11/5/77 (dick's picks 34).
